I got this at the Goodwill on Santa Monica Blvd (not all the way down, but midway between UCLA and the beach). the straps were too short and hurt, so i bought another polka dot item of clothing and made the straps longer using the fabric. Was very proud of my handy work. It’s a fun item because it looks like a dress.
EDIT: I am taking this out of my closet because I never wear it.
